Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 ERP Solution Architect with 10+ years of expertise. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading Infor M3 implementations and integrating modules for seamless data flow. Strong communication, customization skills, and knowledge of Infor Deployment Methodology are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be involved in every step of the product design cycle from discovery to developer handoff and user acceptance testing.
  • Work with BAs, product managers and tech teams to lead the Product Design
  • Thorough understanding of all business processes and industry standards related to Infor M3.
  • Proficient in Infor M3 ERP, with a focus on data migration from on-premises systems to Infor M3 Cloud.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing End-to-End Infor M3 projects for customers.
  • Experience with M3 implementation on a cloud suite, ensuring familiarity with cloud-based solutions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of integrating modules within Infor M3, providing a holistic view of the system.
  • Well-versed in the Infor Deployment Methodology, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide innovative business solutions to meet custom requirements.
  • Competent in preparing and managing various project activities, supporting the project manager as needed.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, capable of guiding and supporting functional consultants.

Skill & Experience

  • You have at least 8-10 years’ experience working as a Infor Projects or Implementation Manager.
  •  Must have executed minimum 3 – 4 Implementation projects
  •  Should have knowledge on Infor deployment methodology
  • Additional expertise in Data Migration is a plus
